Business Center Map

From I-635/LBJ Freeway and Dallas North Tollway:

1. Take the Dallas North Tollway (south) and exit Royal Lane.
2. Turn left at the light at Royal Lane.
3. Turn right near the Subway restaurant (this is at the Preston Royal Southwest shopping strip, immediately past the fire station, before you reach Preston Road) and follow the drive.
4. You will see building 5924 – we’re just to the left of there, at 5952 Royal Lane, Suite 204.

 From the Park Cities:

1. Drive north on Preston Road past Walnut Hill.
2. Just before Royal Lane you will see Veritex Bank on your left. Turn left into the drive past the bank.
3. There is an empty building on the right. Turn right into the parking lot.
4. Our building is the second building on your left, behind the shopping strip and Gazeebo Burger: 5952 Royal Lane, Suite 204.

From Preston and I-635/LBJ Freeway:

1. Drive south on Preston Road approximately 2 miles.
2. Turn right onto Royal Lane, then turn immediately left into the Preston Royal Southwest shopping strip.
3. Our building is behind the shopping strip and Gazeebo Burger: 5952 Royal Lane, Suite 204.

From Far North Dallas and Plano:

1. Drive south on N. Central Expressway / I-75.
2. Exit Royal Lane and turn right (west) at the Royal Lane light.
3. Travel approximately 2.3 miles on Royal Lane past Preston Road and turn left between My Fit Foods and Gazeebo Burger.
4. Our building is behind the shopping strip and Gazeebo Burger: 5952 Royal Lane, Suite 204.

From Downtown Dallas: 

1. Drive north on N. Central Expressway / I-75
2. Exit Royal Lane and turn left (west) at the Royal Lane light.
3. Travel approximately 2.3 miles on Royal Lane and turn left past Preston Road between My Fit Foods and Gazeebo Burger.
4. Our building is behind the shopping strip and Gazeebo Burger: 5952 Royal Lane, Suite 204.
