Office Hours: Hirsch Clinic’s normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday. For major emergencies, call 911 or go to the hospital immediately.
Appointments: Our staff works to keep our appointment schedule running as smoothly as possible. Should an occasional situation arise that may change or delay your appointment, we'll make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. We request that our clients arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to update any changes to your medical records or account.
Cancellations or Rescheduled Appointments: We kindly request that you call our office as soon as possible if you know you will be unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Many times we have clients on waiting lists, and we would appreciate the opportunity to contact them to fill the available appointment time.
